Fancy Foxgloves at the Botanical Garden

This landscape was inspired by a photo I took at the Bellevue Botanical Gardens in the summer of 2023.  It was a beautiful morning, and while I was weeding around some birch trees, the sun was shining across the path on these lovely pink foxgloves.  It was gorgeous.   I was inspired by the warm light of the photo to paint this super pink landscape.  It turned out very textural and whimsical and pretty and it just makes me smile.  

This painting is unframed and wired on the back, ready to hang.
