Laburnum Blossoms at the Arboretum Plein Air

This Plein Air piece was painted at the Seattle Arboretum in May 2022. The day was terribly rainy, and I set up my easel under the draping branches of a golden blooming laburnum tree and right next to a creek. I was entertained by passing kayakers, baby ducks and geese, and friendly joggers. It was a the 'perfect' Seattle Spring Day.

This painting is framed with a classic black frame with gold liner and ready to hang. Size of the painting with frame is 15"x17".
